Winter Months The pool is not heated during the months of Nov 1st through March 31st. If you would like to have the pool heated during the winter there is an additional fee. SPECIALIZING IN SPACIOUS & MODERN VACATION RENTALS, CORPORATE HOUSING, SHORT TERM RENTALS, & TEMPORARY HOUSING A refundable security deposit is required for this reservation. The deposit is $250.00 for Short Term Rentals and $500.00 for Mid Term Rentals (28 days+). This deposit is securely processed via our Hospitable Guest Portal prior to your arrival and released after a successful checkout inspection.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
