I took a group of over a dozen college students to David’s home for a service trip and we have nothing but good things to say! The outdoor space, with the pool, the hot tub, the furniture, and the view, were absolutely incredible. David was very accommodating to our needs, very responsive. If I were to do something like this again in the Albuquerque area I would definitely come back! Thanks David for welcoming us and accommodating our needs!

We stayed during the state basketball tournament with out team. The house was perfect for us and our girls. Wonder home, friendly and helpful host, and plenty of towels! The double washer and dryer was a huge help and the large table accommodated our large group. We only wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the pool more!

JUST WOW. We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Albuquerque home for my bachelorette party! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away- truly the house was even better than the pictures. The views are just breathtaking. The pool room was warm enough for us to hang in, which we absolutely loved. The hot tub worked perfectly and was such a fun way to relax in the evenings. Sauna worked great and felt like luxury. The entire property made my celebration feel so special. It was the perfect backdrop for such a memorable weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate- 10/10 recommend!

David’s place was a wonderful stay during the holidays. Lots of space and a big kitchen and dining room for people to gather. Loved the outdoor patio for privacy and safety. The dog park was so convenient. Really enjoyed our stay!

David was a great host. He had clear communication throughout the stay and was quick to get maintenance to the house when a small issue came up. The house was large enough for the 16 people that we had and the living room was a great hang out spot. Thanks David!

This place has spectacular views. The house is very spacious and can accommodate allot of people comfortably. The kitchen is big and wide open. The back patio was spacious with awesome views. The pool was heated and nice. We had issues with the hot tub but the host always had a technician there within hours. Overall I highly recommend this property for large groups.

We stayed David's place for Hot Air Balloon Festival. It was close to Park & Ride and very convenient to go to Festival. We were so comfortable at his place, my dog loved it too.

Thank you so much, David to you and your team! We felt very safe and comfortable in the apartment! We will definitely look into renting with you next time we are out that way! We also really enjoyed the private courtyard before entering our apartment! And the gated dog yard was a huge bonus! As well as the wash station. Definitely used that a couple times!

Me and my friends had a get away trip for the weekend ,and it was amazing , the house was big enough for all of us to sleep in, loved the few from the house it was peaceful, David was so cooperative with us and very nice to understand our situation, we will go back again it was a nice trip

He was very friendly and he got in touch with me cause I was in a state I’m new too and he walk me through it and he was very kind and asked me what I needed and the house was so beautiful and the beds were very comfortable and everything worked in the house and I had a nice time with friends and family and cooked and he had all the cooking ware I needed and I will be back to book with him again!!! The loved the things you can do and play with friends and the dog park was beautiful also!!! If was very quite and peaceful!!!
