Stayed here for a long term rental for one month. This place certainly suited our needs. I needed quick access to both UNM and Lovelace hospitals, both of which were nearby (<10-15 mins) and felt like I rarely experienced traffic. We had our dog with us as well which was helpful to have a private front courtyard with grass turf in addition to the dog area outside. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in, but we avoided the major nearby streets. The location was convenient to drive to nearby parks as well. Neighbors were courteous and the area was quiet too. No complaints or recommendations for improvement. We would consider coming back if we are in the area again!
