David's house was perfect for our large, blended family of 16 ranging in age from 1 to 83! The large table allowed us to eat meals together, tell stories and share a lot of laughs. The pool, hot tub, games and outdoor cooking area made it easy to relax at home. The pizza oven was a huge hit with everyone! I have to admit that the pool table was my favorite amenity. I also enjoyed the quiet mornings drinking coffee outside saying good morning to the neighboring horses and the beautiful sunsets. The location was perfect - nearby parks with slides and basketball courts for the kids, a grocery store right down the road, and easy access to the highways for adventures. David and his team were very responsive to any questions/issue that arose. I am extremely grateful that we had the opportunity to all stay together in one house, and we already have plans to return. Thank you to David and your team! We will all forever cherish the memories that we made.

Another great house by David. As always lots of space and lots of beds for my work meeting of 10+ people. Clean and with lots to do within the house. Pool and hot tub were great. We’ll be back!

I have been staying at these apartments for the past year and have just extended for another year. The apartments look exactly like the photos--very clean with all of the appliances, kitchen utensils you need. Security is excellent, two keypads to get into the apartment and it is well lit at night. Parking on site and secure. Communication is excellent--there is a response almost immediately.

The house was the perfect place to spend time with family and friends! Everything was clean and well organized. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The back porch and view were outstandingly beautiful.

This place was a gem of find for our family vacation to Albuquerque. The pool and the sauna were amazing and made this enjoyable for all ages. It was clean, modern and very accommodating for a large group with a beautiful view, to boot! We will absolutely stay here during our next trip to Albuquerque.

Wonderful place to stay with a lot of people! Plenty of space to all get together or be separate if need be. Second time staying here with a large group and I would definitely come back again!

Piru Manors was a great selection for our weekend trip to the area. The location was tucked away but not far away from main roads, local stores, or restaurants. The backyard was beautiful with plenty to do. Spent a good amount of time outdoors near the fire pit which provided some excellent bonding time. Inside the home were spacious rooms and plenty of space for our large group. It did get a little cold our first night but there were plenty of space heaters that helped warm up the place. We were drawn to this place because of the amount of rooms and bathrooms available. Each bathroom had its own shower which made getting ready for the day much faster. Our host was responsive to questions and very accommodating to our needs. Information boom was very helpful as well. We would highly recommend and hopefully have another opportunity to stay again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The PERFECT place to host a group. Rooms situated in different corners of the house made it a unicorn for 16 people, with all the amenities and a fun, unique layout to the home.

We had a GREAT stay here at David’s. Exactly like the description and photos. Very close to anything such as parks, shopping and restaurants. It was very private even though it was located in a subdivision you felt like you were in your own little bubble. David was very accommodating and quick to respond with any question I had! Would definitely stay again.

This place was great!! Plenty of room and space for everyone for our friends and family. We were impressed in how spacious the house was and how it had all necessary items we needed during our stay. Very clean as well. Also, David was quick to answer any questions we had and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The location was very private and peaceful. Will definitely look into booking this home again when traveling to Albuquerque.
