We stayed here with a large group of both adults and kids, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house was spacious enough that we never felt crowded — there were plenty of cozy spots for smaller conversations, as well as large common areas where we could all gather comfortably. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the adults really appreciated the hot tub — it was the perfect way to relax while still keeping an eye on the swimmers. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were more than enough to accommodate everyone. What really stood out, though, was how responsive and helpful the host was throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly, which made the whole experience even smoother. Highly recommend this home for groups or families seeking a relaxing, well-equipped place to stay.

Great place with lots to do to entertain a large group. David was extremely responsive and helpful. The sleeping accommodation were just as described and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

David's house was perfect for our large, blended family of 16 ranging in age from 1 to 83! The large table allowed us to eat meals together, tell stories and share a lot of laughs. The pool, hot tub, games and outdoor cooking area made it easy to relax at home. The pizza oven was a huge hit with everyone! I have to admit that the pool table was my favorite amenity. I also enjoyed the quiet mornings drinking coffee outside saying good morning to the neighboring horses and the beautiful sunsets. The location was perfect - nearby parks with slides and basketball courts for the kids, a grocery store right down the road, and easy access to the highways for adventures. David and his team were very responsive to any questions/issue that arose. I am extremely grateful that we had the opportunity to all stay together in one house, and we already have plans to return. Thank you to David and your team! We will all forever cherish the memories that we made.

Another great house by David. As always lots of space and lots of beds for my work meeting of 10+ people. Clean and with lots to do within the house. Pool and hot tub were great. We’ll be back!

I have been staying at these apartments for the past year and have just extended for another year. The apartments look exactly like the photos--very clean with all of the appliances, kitchen utensils you need. Security is excellent, two keypads to get into the apartment and it is well lit at night. Parking on site and secure. Communication is excellent--there is a response almost immediately.

The house was the perfect place to spend time with family and friends! Everything was clean and well organized. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The back porch and view were outstandingly beautiful.

This place was a gem of find for our family vacation to Albuquerque. The pool and the sauna were amazing and made this enjoyable for all ages. It was clean, modern and very accommodating for a large group with a beautiful view, to boot! We will absolutely stay here during our next trip to Albuquerque.

Wonderful place to stay with a lot of people! Plenty of space to all get together or be separate if need be. Second time staying here with a large group and I would definitely come back again!
